District Councillor
Elected in May 2023, District Councillor Sue Szalapski represents the Brewood, Coven and Blymhill ward. She has been heavily involved with Bishops Wood Village Hall for many of the 24 years she has lived there.
Sue has worked in local authorities for nearly thirty years, including social care and education but is now a director of a small business.
Sue is passionate about the area she represents with a particular interest in preserving the uniqueness of the villages within her ward. She is keen to ensure residents are fully aware of any issues which may affect the area where they live.
