I have lived in Cheslyn Hay, with my husband for 47 years. I have always had a keen interest in my local community but work and family commitments previously prevented me in being as active as I would ideally have liked. Since retiring this has now given me the opportunity to make a real difference in helping shape Cheslyn Hay for the future.
In recent years I set up a local Neighbourhood Watch scheme, which helped bring about a greater feeling of safety to all involved.
I believe strongly in education and promoting learning and social skills as this is key to the benefit and development of all. This all begins at early stage and is one of the reasons I became a Scout ‘Squirrel’ Leader to work with our young people.
I am a keen Artist and have devoted many hours of my spare time to my passion.
My goal is to help bring about positive change in Cheslyn Hay - change for the better - that EVERYONE will benefit from.
