Theo Clarke MP for Stafford had a meeting with Councillor Carolyn Trowbridge at Alberts café in Victoria Park in Stafford. Ms Clarke spoke about the numerous plans in Stafford to celebrate the Queen’s upcoming Platinum Jubilee. Ms Clarke is looking forward to the exciting events happening in Staffordshire this summer. Events in Staffordshire include a Platinum Jubilee Party in Market Square, which will have live music on stage, a children's competition for the best dressed Queen and Queens Consort as well as Street food vendors, mobile bars and retail stalls. This event will bring together people from across Stafford to celebrate this momentous occasion. There will also be a Queen's Platinum Jubilee Afternoon Tea with the Mayor, for Stafford residents who were born in 1926 the same year as the Queen.
