Theo Clarke MP for Stafford spoke as a part of the UK delegation to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. Ms Clarke gave a speech on the ways in which the UK and other Governments can do more to help people displaced from their homes in Ukraine. Whilst attending the Council of Europe Ms Clarke signed a written declaration with fellow British MPs in support of Ukraine in the face of the Russian Federation’s continued aggression to Ukraine.
