We’re delighted to announce that Sir Gavin Williamson was officially adopted on 30th June as the Conservative parliamentary candidate for the new Stone, Great Wyrley and Penkridge Parliamentary constituency to be contested at the next general election.
Stone, Great Wyrley and Penkridge is a brand new parliamentary constituency that was created following a review of the parliamentary constituencies by the boundary commission for England and comes into existence at the next general election.
The new constituency is made up from parts of the existing Stone, Stafford and South Staffordshire constituencies.
We’d like to congratulate Gavin on his successful adoption and look forward to working with him as we approach a general election next year.
